Having patches made – here’s how it works
We complete the process from design to finished patch in four steps. Firstly: Please send us your design using the form on this page – as a file, a photo or a hand-drawn sketch. Secondly: We will use this to create a digital design specifying the size, shape and mounting method, and will enclose a quotation. Thirdly: They approve the draft or have it amended as many times as necessary. Fourthly: We manufacture and supply.
The following are up for election: embroidered patches with a classic chain stitch edge, woven patches for very fine details and small text, printed patches for photorealistic images and colour gradients, as well as Rubber Patches and Leather patches. For the reverse side, you can choose between sewing on or ironing on, Velcro and choose self-adhesive.
Delivery, prices and VAT for Austria
We dispatch from Germany to Austria – with no customs duties or additional import charges, as both countries are part of the EU single market. Delivery is via DHL or Deutsche Post; once production is complete, it usually takes just a few working days for the goods to be delivered.
The Postage to Austria is currently €25.00 a flat rate, regardless of the quantity. Your invoice will show the Austrian value added tax of 20 per cent as stated – we participate in the EU-wide one-stop shop scheme, so you will receive an invoice showing the tax rate applicable in Austria. If you are a company or an association with a VAT number, please state this in your enquiry.
