In principle, embroidered patches can be produced in any shape, including irregular ones. The outer shape can follow the design.

To ensure the best possible finish for your design, we select a suitable base fabric. The logo is then embroidered onto this using high-quality embroidery threads. Special effects can be achieved using gold or silver metallic thread.
There are technical limitations on the level of detail that can be achieved with embroidered patches. Lettering should be at least approx. 5 mm high to ensure it remains clearly legible.
The edge prevents the patch from fraying and ensures a neat finish.
In traditional designs, the chain stitch edge ensures stability, durability and a neat finish.
For free-form shapes, laser cutting is often the better solution. The edge is cut cleanly and sealed to prevent fraying.
You can have your patches sewn on, order them with an iron-on backing, or have them fitted with Velcro.
