Guide prices per item in € (including VAT and standard margins). The larger the print run, the lower the price per item.
Surcharges: Felt backing +10 per cent, iron-on backing +€0.20 per item, Velcro +€0.50 per item, gold/silver metallic threads +20 per cent, bronze +50 per cent. We charge for rubber and leather patches at the same rate as for embroidered patches.
Calculate your own priceThat depends mainly on the size, design and quantity. An embroidered patch up to 7.6 cm costs around €2.44 each for an order of 100, and just around €1.37 each for an order of 500. You can work out your exact price using the calculator above.
Yes, we manufacture orders of 10 or more. Smaller quantities are available on request.
Yes. All prices shown include VAT; we offer free delivery within Germany.
No. The digitisation of your design (embroidery programme) and design approval are included in the price. Surcharges only apply to options such as Velcro, iron-on backing, felt backing or metallic threads.
In weaving, the loom is set up for each individual design. These fixed costs are only spread across the production run for larger orders – which is why woven patches are very good value for money from around 100 pieces upwards.
