Ice hockey patches

Skeleton Patches / Bobsleigh Patches
Skeleton is an ice sport practised not on flat ice but in an ice track, and forms part of the sport of bobsleigh. In skeleton, as in bobsleigh in general, patches are often worn as club patches or fan patches. However, skeleton patches are rarely worn by skeletonists (skeleton riders) during competition, as their kit usually consists of a one-piece fabric suit designed to minimise wind resistance.

In other ice sports too, such as speed skating, curling, figure skating, as well as ice climbing or ice racing (ice rally), patches are often worn as club patches, patches for specific events or as fan patches to show one’s preferences and allegiance.
