Our delivery times depend on the production method chosen, the quantity required and our current workload. As soon as you make your enquiry, you’ll receive a firm estimate of when your patches will be completed and dispatched. This means you can plan exactly when the goods will arrive in advance and can be sure of receiving your patches in good time for your planned use.
As a rule, the production time for embroidered or woven patches is around 2 to 3 weeks once the proof has been approved. Smaller quantities or standard sizes can often be delivered more quickly. PVC patches and custom shapes may take a little longer, depending on the complexity. If you’re in a particular hurry, we also offer an express production service with a shorter lead time for an additional charge. This service is ideal, for example, if an important event, a company anniversary or a sports tournament is just around the corner and the patches need to arrive on time. We’ll ensure your order is processed as a priority and coordinate every step closely with you.
We offer reliable delivery via our logistics partners. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can check where your parcel is at any time. Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days once your order is ready. Deliveries to other European countries take a little longer, depending on the country. International deliveries are also possible by arrangement, so you’ll receive your patches on time, wherever you are. Every delivery is carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit and ensure the quality of the goods.
